RTS items will be shipped the next business day.
All items on this website are handmade by me, with the exception of items listed in the pre-order section. Pre-order items are sourced from a vendor for resale and have a slightly different turnaround time. The turnaround time for pre-orders is 7–14 business days, beginning the next business day after the pre-order closes. Please refer to specific pre-order item to see closing date.

All sales are final. Due to the custom and personalized nature of the products, we will not accept any refunds or exchanges. All products are carefully inspected by me for quality before packaging. If your product arrives damaged or is a mistake on our end, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with documentation of the issue via email (magnoliarosebowco2025@gmail.com) or a message on our Facebook business page so that we can make corrections. Magnolia Rose will cover the shipping cost in these circumstances and reserves the right to ask for damaged or errored product to be delivered to us before correction can be completed.

Packages that have been received by the post office and become declared as lost in transit: A claim must be filed with usps on the customers behalf. 

All items are made to order, with the exception of items in the Ready to Ship and Pre-Order sections. If an order includes items from multiple sections, all items will ship together and will be subject to the longest applicable turnaround time (TAT). To receive items sooner, Ready to Ship and Pre-Order items must be purchased in a separate order.
